Our CTO Office Solutions team is a cross-functional group that bridges customers, product, sales and engineering — driving hands-on innovation and technical excellence across the company.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to join the CTO Office.

This role combines technical problem-solving, innovation, and customer collaboration. You’ll work on custom solutions for customers and prospects, build internal MVPs that shape the product, and contribute to research, R&D, and product direction.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and hands-on builder who enjoys moving between code, customers, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Customer Success during POCs, onboarding, and throughout the customer life cycle by providing technical guidance and production-grade solutions
• Design and develop internal tools and MVPs that drive innovation and enhance the product
• Partner with Product and R&D to validate new ideas, improve technical scalability, and explore emerging capabilities
• Conduct research projects to support Product Marketing and strategic initiatives
• Act as a technical SME, providing field feedback, insights, and best practices
• Contribute to documentation, demos, and enablement materials used across teams
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, or a related field
• 1+ years in customer facing roles or excellent communication skills
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Proven development experience with typed and untyped languages, preferably Go and TypeScript
• Excellent communication and fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally across the organization
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to translate ideas into working solutions
