Growth & AI Marketing Manager

We are a profitable, bootstrapped SaaS company in a strong growth phase, looking to take our go-to-market and demand generation to the next level.

We are looking for a hands-on Growth & AI Marketing Manager who lives and breathes experimentation, analytics, and execution. You will focus on scaling and optimizing the top of the funnel, improving how we reach, attract, and convert the right ICP into qualified opportunities for our sales team.

This role is for someone who believes that almost anything can be built or automated with the right mix of creativity, AI, and persistence, and is excited to actually execute on it.

What you will do:

* Own top-of-funnel growth and demand generation across inbound and outbound channels

* Scale lead generation and improve lead quality and conversion to qualified meetings

* Understand our ICP deeply and find creative, scalable ways to reach them using data, tooling, and AI

* Manage and optimize paid campaigns and landing pages (CRO)

* Track performance, build reports, and run structured growth experiments

* Work hands-on with our marketing stack to improve tracking, workflows, and attribution

* Experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation

* Strong analytical mindset

* Comfortable with CRMs, tracking, and automation tools

* High ownership and independence

* Excellent English
