We are looking for a talented, business-oriented, and experienced Investment Attorney to join our investments division and play a key role in supporting complex transactions, investment committees, and regulatory decision making.

What you’ll do?

• Provide legal and regulatory counsel in the field of investments and capital markets

• Support and lead a wide range of complex and strategic transactions across various business units

• Advise and accompany investment committees, including private equity and real estate committees

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including financing and investment agreements

• Work closely with internal stakeholders (business, risk, compliance, finance, etc.) and external parties, including international interfaces

What are we looking for?

• Licensed attorney with at least 10 years of experience in commercial legal practice from leading law firms

• Strong knowledge and proven, in-depth experience in commercial law and securities / capital markets law

• Significant experience in investments and financing transactions – a strong advantage

• High-level proficiency in English, including the ability to draft and negotiate complex agreements

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the investments and capital markets space – a significant advantage
