Hebrew Translator and Translation Project Manager

Park Evaluations is seeking a full-time team member based in Israel to support our growing translation services. This role is split approximately 65% hands-on Hebrew-to-English and English-to-Hebrew translation work and 35% project management for translations projects.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly reliable, and comfortable working directly with Israeli clients while coordinating internally with Park Evaluations teams.

This is a critical role supporting time-sensitive, client-facing translation work.

Key Responsibilities

-Translations

• Translate documents from Hebrew to English with high accuracy and natural, professional tone.
• Review and edit translations for quality, consistency, and terminology.
• Follow established style guides and client specific preferences.
• Meet tight turnaround times for urgent requests.

-Project Management

• Manage incoming translation requests from Israeli clients.
• Coordinate timelines, priorities, and delivery expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for translation-related questions.
• Track project status and ensure deadlines are met.
• Escalate issues or delays proactively and communicate clearly with clients.
• Support quality control across the translations workflow.

Qualifications

• Native or near native English with full professional fluency in Hebrew.
• Based in Israel and familiar with Israeli business culture and timelines.
• Prior professional experience in translation, preferably Hebrew to English.
• Prior experience in project management, operations, or client coordination preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple requests at once.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
