Senior Project Manager – High-Speed Rail Infrastructure

Location: Israel (Relocation Required)

Salary - £7,000 - £10,000 (After Tax Per Month) + Accomadation + Car + Flights Covered

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale railway and high-speed rail (HSL) infrastructure projects in Israel. This is a senior leadership role suited to a highly skilled professional with a strong technical background and proven experience managing complex, multidisciplinary rail projects under a design-build framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage major railway infrastructure projects from planning through execution and delivery
• Oversee high-speed rail (HSL) projects, ensuring compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory standards
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with designers, contractors, and stakeholders
• Drive project performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk
• Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and presentations
• Represent the project in meetings with clients, authorities, and senior stakeholders
• Ensure effective integration of railway systems within a design-build (DB) environment

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred) from a recognized academic institution
• Project Management certification (e.g. PMP) – an advantage
• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing large infrastructure projects (railway projects preferred)
• At least 5 years’ experience in high-speed railway (HSL) projects
• Demonstrated experience leading at least two major railway infrastructure projects in a managerial role
• Proven expertise working within a design-build (DB) framework
• Strong knowledge of integrated railway systems and multidisciplinary project delivery

Skills & Competencies

• Native-level or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Strong ability to prepare technical documentation and deliver clear stakeholder presentations
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and leadership skills
• Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, complex project environments
• Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset
