Position: Product Manager – On-site (Rehovot, Israel)
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Product Manager to drive our rewarded ads strategy for mobile gaming applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ad monetization, player experience, and global ad tech ecosystems, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize live products and maximize revenue while maintaining player engagement.
Job requirements
Experience & Background
- 3–5+ years as a Product Manager in mobile gaming apps, with focus on rewarded ads as a core monetization mechanic.
- Practical experience with ad tech ecosystems, including video & display, mediation platforms, and ad networks.
- Proven track record managing live products with continuous iteration, live-ops, and monetization optimization.
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering, game design, analytics, and UA/marketing teams.
- Solid understanding of mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and privacy/compliance requirements (ATT, GDPR, COPPA).
Experience working with international teams or global products.
Product & Technical Skills
- Expertise in rewarded ads design: reward types, placement strategy, frequency capping, and player motivation.
- Strong knowledge of monetization metrics: ARPDAU, eCPM, fill rate, ad engagement, LTV, retention, churn.
- Ability to balance revenue optimization with player experience and prevent ad fatigue.
- Skilled in defining and running A/B tests for rewarded ads, interstitials, and hybrid monetization setups.
- Experience analyzing funnels, cohorts, and ad performance to inform product decisions.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies: backlog management, user stories, sprint planning.
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong communication skills in English. (must)
- Fluent in Ukrainian to collaborate effectively with the Ukrainian development team. (must)
- Flexible to work US time zone hours.
