A leading technology company in the software and systems integration is looking for a

Legal Counsel to join our leadership environment and support operations in Israel.

This is a key role combining strong legal expertise with business and technological understanding, in a dynamic environment involving complex projects, enterprise customers, and strategic partnerships.

🚀 Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing legal support for company operations, with a focus on technology agreements and integration projects
• Draft, review, negotiate, and close complex commercial agreements, including:
• SaaS and software licensing agreements
• Professional services agreements
• Integration, implementation, and delivery agreements
• Partner, vendor, and subcontractor agreements
• Advise management and business units on commercial, regulatory, and operational matters
• Handle intellectual property aspects, licensing, and third-party technologies
• Support data privacy and data protection matters (in collaboration with external advisors when needed)
• Assist with tenders and engagements with enterprise and public sector customers
• Identify legal risks and provide practical, business-focused solutions that enable growth

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed attorney, member of the Israel Bar Association
• 4+ years of experience as in-house counsel or a commercial/technology lawyer
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex technology agreements
• Familiarity with software, SaaS, system integration projects, or IT services
• Experience working with enterprise clients and/or the public sector
• Knowledge of privacy and data protection laws
• High level of English (written, verbal, and negotiation)
