About the roleWe’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to manage key commercial insurance accounts and deliver placements end-to-end. You will lead renewals and new business opportunities, negotiate with markets, and provide consultative solutions to clients.
Key responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
- Lead renewals, new placements, and mid-term changes
- Structure insurance programs: risk assessment, coverage design, and policy wording support
- Negotiate with insurers and reinsurers, including Lloyd’s and US markets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service, documentation, and compliance
- Monitor market trends and underwriting appetite to deliver optimal solutions
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial insurance (account management/broking/underwriting)
- Strong experience in traditional commercial lines, including: Property, General Liability (Third Party), Employers’ Liability, Professional Liability (PI/E&O)
- Good English (written and spoken) — working with overseas markets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High ownership mindset (“hands-on / takes responsibility”), detail-oriented, able to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Finance / Insurance / Law / Economics (or related)
- Professional, client-facing presence
- Experience with specialty / complex risks such as D&O, Cyber, and other specialty lines
- Experience negotiating and placing risks with international markets (Lloyd’s/US)
