This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Standardization Leader, based in Kfar Saba with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Technical Standardization Leader will be responsible for creating, managing, and implementing standardization strategies in alignment with industry regulations and company goals. Daily tasks include analyzing industry standards, participating in technical committees, coordinating cross-functional teams, and defining implementation frameworks to ensure compliance. The role requires effective collaboration with stakeholders to drive standardization and contribute to organizational technical excellence.

• Strong understanding of technical standards, compliance, and framework development
• Experience in project coordination, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and presentation abilities
• Ability to work effectively both on-site at Kfar Saba and remotely when needed
• Proficiency in industry-related software and tools
• Previous participation in technical or industry standardization committees is a plus
• Relevant degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
