MT5 Operations Manager

YCM Invest, an FCA-regulated institutional brokerage and asset manager, is expanding its core infrastructure and looking for a hands-on, senior Head of Trading Operations (COO) to lead our trading systems.

📍 Location: Jerusalem, Israel (preferred)

🌍 Candidates abroad must be able to spend the first 2 weeks in Jerusalem for onboarding, with periodic visits afterwards.

The Operations Manager will take full ownership of the company’s clearing, execution, and post-trade operations.

This role is not a support or coordination position. The Operations Manager is expected to assume responsibility for outcomes, proactively identify issues, and ensure that operational processes function correctly, reliably, and efficiently at all times.

The position reports directly to senior management and requires a hands-on, accountable mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of clearing, execution, and reconciliation processes
• Ensure operational continuity, accuracy, and robustness of trading systems
• Proactively monitor trading venues and infrastructure and resolve issues without escalation where possible
• Act as the single point of responsibility for operational and execution matters
• Design, implement, and enforce operational policies and controls
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and weaknesses, and take corrective action
• Coordinate with liquidity providers, technology vendors, portfolio managers and internal stakeholders
• Provide clear reporting and accountability to management

Key Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take responsibility
• Proven experience in environments where operational ownership and accountability are required
• Hands-on experience with OTC trading systems (MT4, MT5, PrimeXM / Xcore)
• 2–3+ years of relevant experience in a bank, broker, or regulated trading environment
• Degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, or related discipline
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and execution discipline
