Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a SOC Analyst

Role Description

Join the Cyber Defense (SOC) team within the technology division of a large organization.

The role involves real-time monitoring, detection, investigation, and response to cybersecurity incidents in a 24/7 SOC environment.

Responsibilities include working with SIEM systems and advanced security technologies, incident analysis, documentation, and writing investigation reports.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a SOC environment
Familiarity with security tools and technologies such as Windows Event Logs, SIEM, EDR, Firewalls
Relevant training (Cyber Defense / SOC Analyst course), relevant academic degree, or relevant military experience
High level of English
Knowledge of Threat Intelligence – advantage
