Role Description

We are looking for an experienced IDM / IAM Systems Analyst to lead the analysis and specification domain within an Identity Management (IDM) project team.

The role includes defining identity and access management processes, access control policies, and integrations with organizational systems, while working closely with cybersecurity, information security, IT, and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities include analyzing identity lifecycle processes, access governance and authorization profiles, designing technical integrations with systems such as Active Directory, SAP, ERP and cloud platforms, and supporting testing and implementation phases in compliance with strict security and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in systems analysis within large organizations, including writing detailed specification documents
• Experience working with leading IDM solutions (significant advantage for IBM Identity Verify Governance – IVIG)
• Experience specifying integrations between IDM systems and IT environments, including cloud services
