Financial Analyst I – Full-Time

Overview:

We are seeking a Financial Analyst I to join our Trust and Safety team and support the organization’s financial strategy. You will provide actionable insights, manage budget forecasts, and help optimize operational costs across high-scale accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Finance, Product, Operations, and Development teams.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and prepare forecasts to support business decisions.
• Optimize budget sources and propose cost-saving opportunities.
• Build dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau or QuickSight to visualize key metrics.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
• Strong skills in corporate finance, forecasting, budgeting, and reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Experience with Tableau, QuickSight, or Qlik is a plus.
• High-level English proficiency (spoken and written) is required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to convey complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
