Development & DevOps Applications Manager

COMBLACK is hiring a Development & DevOps Applications Manager !

The role includes managing and leading the development of digital assets (websites and applications), DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation in a banking environment.

What are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of experience managing the development of multi-client digital assets (websites and applications) – mandatory
• At least 5 years of experience managing development teams and parallel development processes – mandatory
• Experience working with digital systems and microservices infrastructures – mandatory
• Experience implementing and working with CI/CD tools and processes, including test automation – mandatory
• Experience working in Agile methodologies, with familiarity with Waterfall
• Experience overseeing UAT / Acceptance testing
• Strong system-level thinking and broad analytical capabilities
• Experience working with end users and vendors
• Strong leadership and ability to manage and motivate development teams
• Experience with banking systems – an advantage
