Help desk needed for an information security company in Tel Aviv

We are looking for a technical support person with a big head, high motivation and true determination to succeed.

Full-time, working in a dynamic technological environment with a professional and supportive team, including field work nationwide for the company's customers

Two years of experience in a similar position

Experience in frontal and remote Tier 1 technical support.

Knowledge and experience in installing, maintaining and repairing desktop and laptop computers.

Control of Windows operating systems, including installations, drivers, updates, etc.

Basic knowledge of networks: IP, DNS, DHCP settings, communication between stations, connection to printers and servers.

Experience working with peripheral equipment such as printers, tablets, screens, etc.

High self-learning ability, troubleshooting in the field and creative thinking.

Service-mindedness, responsibility and ability to work in a team.

Experience in an AD, Exchange environment, mail systems and communication equipment.
