Marketing Assistant

Hilton Tel Aviv and The Vista at Hilton Tel Aviv are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and visually talented Marketing Assistant to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across two of Israel’s most iconic hotels, supporting the execution of marketing activities. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager on campaigns, social media, branded visuals, and collateral, ensuring all assets align with Hilton’s global brand standards while reflecting the energy and elegance of Tel Aviv.

We’re looking for someone proactive, professional, and design-savvy who brings fresh ideas and takes ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Design on-brand marketing materials for print and digital (signage, menus, flyers, OTA visuals, social media graphics)

• Create and adapt assets using Canva (mandatory); Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

• Support content updates on Hilton.com, OTAs, and local platforms

• Assist with planning and managing content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, printers, and external vendors

• Ensure compliance with Hilton brand guidelines

• Track and report on marketing performance

• Collaborate across operational and commercial teams

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, design, or hospitality

• Ability to execute and evaluate visual design with attention to layout, accuracy, and typography

• Proficiency in Canva is a must; experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop is preferred

• Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)

• Organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Familiarity with social media platforms and content best practices

• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

Preferred but Not Required

• Background in luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality brands

• Photography, videography, or editing skills

• Experience writing copy for digital or print marketing
