Actuarial Analyst

Menora Mivtachim is looking for an Actuarial Analyst with strong analytical orientation and the ability to work deeply with data and actuarial models.

The role involves supporting actuarial activities through data analysis, actuarial research, and generation of professional insights to support business and management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Data extraction, validation, and cleansing
• Data analysis and actuarial insight generation
• Conducting actuarial studies such as lapse/cancellation studies, salary growth studies, and similar analyses
• Ongoing work with databases, including writing SQL queries
• Preparing reports and presenting findings and results
• Developing, improving, and streamlining processes
• Working closely with multiple internal stakeholders within and outside the actuarial function (e.g., Finance, Accounting, and business units)

Requirements

• High proficiency in Excel – mandatory
• Strong analytical skills and quantitative thinking – mandatory
• High motivation, curiosity, and ability for independent learning – mandatory
• Knowledge of SQL – an advantage
