At Utila, you’ll help build the modern, enterprise-grade platform powering digital asset operations for more than 250 global institutions. Our technology secures over $15B in monthly transaction volume and has protected more than $100B to date. We’re growing rapidly, backed by $50M in funding and a fast-expanding customer base.

Utila Link is the institutional network connecting the global digital asset economy. Recently launched, it is already gaining strong traction and driving real business for leading financial institutions. As the network grows, its value compounds - each new participant unlocking additional counterparties, flows, and use cases for the rest. Utila Link enables participants to discover trusted partners, connect instantly, and settle across stablecoin and digital asset rails, securely and at scale - supporting use cases ranging from global on/ off-ramps to liquidity access for funds, OTC desks, and trading firms.

Responsibilities:

As a Special Intern, you will lead the post-launch growth effort for Utila Link and help take it to the next level. Your focus will be on increasing participant value, expanding the network into new verticals, jurisdictions, and use cases, and identifying opportunities for Utila to accelerate institutional adoption of stablecoins through Utila Link.

In practical terms, you will:

• Engage directly with dozens of network participants to collect feedback and identify growth opportunities
• Conduct market research on stablecoin and payment trends and translate insights into a clear product roadmap for Utila Link
• Partner with the GTM team to identify where Utila Link can drive tangible business outcomes and help execute on those opportunities
• Identify high-impact network participants where deeper or enhanced integrations can unlock meaningful value for Utila and its customers
  
  

• 2+ years of management consulting experience at a tier-1 firm, or product strategy experience at a leading technology company
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives from research and ideation through execution and delivery
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Background in finance or payments is a strong advantage
• Background in digital assets is a strong advantage
