Logistics Operations Specialist

Klydo Clock is a global Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce startup, selling directly to customers worldwide. We operate in a fast-paced environment with high order volumes, international logistics, and a strong focus on delivery performance and customer experience.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Operations & Logistics Manager to take end-to-end ownership of core operational domains and ensure that things actually get done — shipped, delivered, resolved, and closed.

This role sits at the heart of daily operations and works closely with the VP Operations, internal teams, global warehouses, manufacturers, and shipping partners.

**This positions is full-time on-site at the company's Rinatya office. No Flex/hybrid models.**

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of assigned operational areas
• End-to-end responsibility for shipments: tracking, issue resolution, and closure
• Manage inventory levels across global warehouses (China, USA, UK, Europe, Israel)
• Coordinate warehouse operations, transfers, and container shipments
• Handle B2C and B2B orders from fulfillment through final delivery
• Work directly with B2B customers on shipping, labeling, packaging, and timelines
• Lead operational handling of returns (RMA), quality issues, and lab coordination
• Track production with manufacturers in China and align production, warehousing, and shipping
• Proactively surface delays, risks, and operational exceptions

• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and time zones. Must be available to respond to urgent issues outside of office hours.
