We’re looking for a senior, hands-on VP of Finance to lead and scale the financial function of RUTI — a growing, founder-led fashion brand operating in the U.S. market.

This is a key leadership role focused on building strong financial infrastructure, supporting growth, and preparing the company for future strategic options, including acquisition and due diligence.

📍 Location: Israel — offices based in Glilot

Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership of financial strategy, planning, and reporting

• Management of P&L, cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting

• Preparation of the company for acquisition-readiness and due diligence processes

• Deep understanding and leadership within the U.S. market (compliance, tax, operations)

• Close collaboration with Marketing and Growth teams, translating performance data into financial insights

• Implementation of automated financial systems, dashboards, and AI-driven tools

• Building scalable, efficient financial processes to support long-term growth

Requirements

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) — required

• Prior experience at a Big Four firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG)

• Proven experience in the U.S. market

• Experience preparing companies for acquisition or due diligence

• Strong business mindset — beyond accounting

• Experience working closely with Marketing teams and performance metrics

• Hands-on approach with financial systems, automation, and AI

• Strategic, clear, and collaborative leadership style
