Forward Intelligence Officer

PREDICTION is building a next-generation physical-world intelligence platform that transforms visual, behavioral, and multi-sensor data into decision-ready intelligence for protective, security, and intelligence organizations operating in complex environments.

We are hiring a Forward Intelligence Officer to design, operationalize, and embed intelligence capabilities into live environments and operational workflows. This role sits at the intersection of intelligence tradecraft, technology, and real-world decision-making and is intended for professionals who have built and facilitated intelligence systems inside high-stakes organizations.

This is not an analyst role. This is not a sales or solutions role. This role exists to ensure that intelligence produced by the platform is trusted, understood, and acted upon.

The Forward Intelligence Officer serves as the human intelligence layer between advanced AI systems and real-world decision makers.

The role owns the intelligence lifecycle within the platform, including collection, fusion, assessment, decision, and feedback. You will translate complex outputs derived from video analytics, behavioral analysis, thermal and environmental signals, movement, access, and presence data into clear operational intelligence.

You will partner closely with product and engineering teams to ensure the platform reflects real operational needs and sound intelligence tradecraft. You will continuously refine intelligence workflows using real-world feedback and help define doctrine, playbooks, and best practices for deploying intelligence in physical environments.

This role requires strong judgment under uncertainty, discretion in sensitive environments, and the ability to communicate intelligence clearly to senior decision makers. You will be expected to operate comfortably across customer environments, executive briefings, and internal product discussions.

Prior service in organizations such as the Central Intelligence Agency, National Security Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation, or the United States Secret Service is highly relevant. Israeli intelligence and security experience, including Shin Bet, Mossad, Aman, Unit 8200, or comparable elite intelligence units, is also strongly aligned. Experience in forward-deployed or intelligence-facing roles at Palantir Technologies is considered highly relevant.

This role is for individuals who have embedded with operators or customers, built intelligence workflows from the ground up, and owned outcomes rather than dashboards. It is not a data analyst position, not a SOC role, and not a research role. The output of this role is operational decisions and real-world impact, not reports.
