Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the core team of a growing Israeli technology startup and lead the definition and development of the company’s products. This is a key role with a direct impact on product direction, customer experience, and technological development.

This role is suited for an experienced, hands-on Product Manager with a strong technological background, who enjoys diving into details, deeply understanding customer needs, and translating them into clear, actionable product requirements that drive high-quality development. This is not a business development or sales role, but a fundamentally technical product role, serving as the day-to-day bridge between customers, the product, and the development teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end product definition, including functional and technical requirements, processes, and user flows.
• Long-term vision, market fit, and solving customer problems.
• Work closely with engineering and development teams to guide development, refine requirements, and prioritize features
• Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into precise, implementable product solutions.
• To build the right product that provides value and drives revenue.
• Own and manage an existing product with multiple versions, while defining and leading future products and capabilities
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize initiatives
• Take full ownership of product Lifecycle Management with high-quality Product Requirements documentation (PRDs)
• Balance business understanding of customer value with technical insight to support effective decision-making

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in Product Management- Must
• Proven experience as a technical Product Manager or in a complex technological environment- Must
• Strong experience writing product and specification documents (PRDs, functional & technical specifications)- Must
• Hands-on mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to lead processes end-to-end
• High technical understanding and the ability to work closely with development teams on a daily basis- Must
• Business understanding with the ability to prioritize based on customer needs, product value, and market requirements
• Engineering background-Significant Advantage
• Experience in technology companies, startups, or complex product environments. Advantage
