About The Role

Our Data Science team solves complex problems with smart, practical solutions. Data Analysts and Scientists work directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience Revolut. They do this by delivering smart, scalable solutions that move the business forward.

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to dig into our complex databases and look for the root cause of a problem. You'll design solutions by writing your own code to implement them.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and adapting data models/ETL processes for regulatory reporting
• Translating complex requirements into clear, efficient data solutions
• Maintaining and improving reporting infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high data quality
• Working with Regulatory Reporting managers and business teams to align on logic and data needs
• Monitoring and improving data reliability, applying close attention to detail
• Designing key metrics to measure different aspects of the business
• Maintaining and creating new dashboards to track metrics and visualise insights
• Promoting data literacy across the company
  
  

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst role
• Experience working with finance teams within the financial/banking industry in Israel
• Proficiency with SQL
• Knowledge of Python or other programming languages
• A background and education in a quantitative discipline
• Solid mathematical and statistics knowledge
• Fluency in English and Hebrew

• An advanced degree in a core STEM subject
• Experience with additional programming languages
