What You'll Do:

• Take full ownership of end-to-end development of key features in identity and access management.
• Work with cutting-edge AI to enhance development and security workflows.
• Drive technical excellence and help shape the architecture of our platform.
• Collaborate with a small but strong team of 4 developers and a team lead, contributing your expertise and leadership to raise the technical bar.
• Optimize and scale authentication and authorization systems with OAuth, JWT, SAML, WebAuthn, and more.
• Build and optimize services using NestJS (Node.js), TypeScript, and AWS.
• Take ownership of complex challenges, working both independently and within the team.
  
  

• A highly skilled Backend Developer with 6+ years of experience, specializing in NestJS, Node.js and working in high-scale production environments.
• Deeply passionate about writing clean, efficient, and scalable code leveraging AI tools.
• A problem solver who loves working with AI and using it to boost productivity.
• Experienced in designing and implementing complex distributed systems.
• Comfortable leading technical decisions and mentoring the team.
• Hands-on with authentication, security, and identity management.
• Experience with Kafka, Redis, MySQL, OAuth, JWT, AWS is a strong advantage, and familiarity with MongoDB is a plus.
