Senior Product Designer

About the Role:

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the player experience across our mobile game "Merge Cruise." You'll shape everything from user flows and wireframes to monetization screens and retention features while pushing what's possible with AI-assisted design workflows.

Role Description:

This is a full time on site role for a Senior Product Designer, located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with cross functional teams to conceptualize, create, and refine user centered designs for digital products. Responsibilities include conducting user research, applying design thinking principles, creating prototypes, developing comprehensive product designs, and ensuring visual consistency across projects. The role requires the ability to balance user needs with business goals, delivering impactful and visually appealing design solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Product Design and Visual Design
• Strong understanding of Design Thinking methodologies
• Experience with User Research and UX Research techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience using design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline
• Prior experience in designing for digital products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating completed projects
• Familiarity with agile working environments and user-centered design frameworks is a plus

Requirements:

• 5+ years of UX/UI experience in mobile games (casual/merge/puzzle preferred)
• Expert-level Figma skills; Adobe Suite a plus
• Strong understanding of mobile UX best practices and F2P monetization
• Familiarity with mobile game KPIs (ARPDAU, retention, conversion rates)
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools
• Hands on experience with AI assistants for ideation and workflows
• Fast executor who thrives in a dynamic, startup environment
• Excellent communication and self-management skills
• Portfolio showcasing mobile game UI/UX work

Advantage:

• Experience with AI automation tools (n8n, Make, or similar)
• Understanding of complex AI workflows and prompt engineering
