System Analyst

Position: Systems Analyst

We are seeking a professional Systems Analyst with strong analytical skills and business acumen to join an innovative and leading team within a large organization. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for analyzing complex systems, close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders, and leading processes that impact the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain functional and technical design documents (High-Level & Detailed Design)
• Define and analyze system interfaces, information flows, and complex processes
• Collaborate with development, QA teams, and business stakeholders
• Lead and define business and technical requirements, supporting organizational decision-making
• Work independently while managing multiple stakeholders across the organization

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in systems analysis – Must
• Proven experience in writing HLD and LLD design documents – Must
• Experience in defining complex system interfaces – Must
• Experience analyzing cross-organizational business processes and multi-system integrations – Must
• Experience with SQL - Must
• Strong interpersonal skills, high work ethic, ability to work independently and in a team – Must
• Experience analyzing Web-based systems – Must
