About the Role

Lead hardware-software integration for advanced electronic systems, ensuring seamless functionality across development, testing, and production phases.

Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and QA teams to troubleshoot issues, verify performance, and optimize system-level solutions.

Hands-on work including system assembly, debugging, calibration, and validation in lab and real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform system integration, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic hardware and embedded components.
• Define integration procedures, manage interfaces between subsystems, and support manufacturing handover.
• Analyze failures, conduct root-cause investigations, and implement improvements for reliability.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Practical Electronics Engineer diploma also welcome.
• 3+ years of experience in system engineering, hardware integration, or electronics integration (defense, hi-tech, or manufacturing background a plus).
• Proven hands-on skills in lab environments, tools like oscilloscopes, multimeters, and scripting (Python/Bash advantage).
• Strong problem-solving, fast learner mindset, and excellent English (verbal/written).

Advantages

• Experience with embedded systems, FPGA, PCB design, or production integration.
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary projects.
• Military electronics technician background (IDF etc.).
