✔️ About the Role:

Hiring the right people is key to achieving our growth goals. We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will help shape our organization’s future by identifying and engaging top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

✔️ What you’ll do:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including hands-on sourcing for R&D roles in Israel and managing external recruitment agencies for global GTM hires, primarily in the U.S.
• Build and execute hiring strategies for each position, focusing on scalable growth and attracting top talent.
• Source candidates creatively through multiple channels and manage job postings across relevant platforms (LinkedIn and professional networks) and maintain a strong and proactive talent pipeline.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, coordinate and schedule interviews, manage calendars, and partner closely with the founders and hiring manager, throughout the interview and selection process to ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience.

✔️ What you’ll bring:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-tech or startup environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Highly organized, proactive, and a strong team player with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and handle several positions at the same time while adapting to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail, high ownership, and the ability to work independently.
• Commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

More details:

• Full-time position, hybrid model – Sunday to Wednesday from the office (Tel Aviv), Thursday from home.
