Bagira Systems, a leading defense company specializing in advanced simulation systems, is looking for a Procurement referent to join our team in Modi’in.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a global, innovative organization and play a key role in end-to-end procurement processes in a dynamic and impactful environment.
The role includes responsibility for coordinating and executing procurement activities:
- Communicating with local and international suppliers to obtain and compare quotations.
- Managing negotiations with suppliers to improve purchasing terms.
- Issuing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
- Inventory management, including placing repeat orders as needed.
- Working with ERP/SAP systems for procurement and inventory management.
- Supporting the company’s import and export activities.
- Monitoring invoices and payments and ensuring proper documentation.
- Collaborating closely with various departments across the organization.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within a global company.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills.
- Experience working with ERP/SAP systems for procurement and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a computerized environment with strong proficiency in Office applications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Good command of English.
- Relevant academic degree – an advantage.
