Growth Product Manager (CRO)

About the Role

MoneyGeek is looking for a growth-focused Product Manager to own conversion rate optimization across our core user funnels. This role is for someone who has driven measurable growth through experimentation and optimization, not just feature delivery.

You’ll operate with high autonomy in a small product team, working closely with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing. This is a high-impact role focused on turning existing traffic and product surfaces into more revenue through continuous learning and iteration.

• Own conversion rate optimization across key MoneyGeek funnels (SEO → landing → comparison → click-out)

• Identify friction, drop-offs, and opportunities through data, user behavior, and qualitative insights

• Develop and prioritize a steady pipeline of growth hypotheses and experiments

• Partner closely with engineering and design to ship high-impact improvements quickly

• Measure experiment results, communicate learnings, and double down on what works

• Build repeatable processes for experimentation and growth decision-making

• 5+ years of experience in product management, growth, or experimentation-focused roles

• Strong track record driving measurable conversion or revenue impact

• Deep comfort working with funnels, metrics, and experiment analysis

• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear, testable plans

• Strong communicator who can align stakeholders around data-driven decisions

• Comfortable operating independently with minimal process

• Experience as a Growth PM or CRO-focused role

• Background in SEO-driven, marketplace, or performance-based businesses

• Experience working closely with data or analytics teams

• Familiarity with A/B testing tools and experimentation platforms

• Clear ownership of a high-leverage growth problem

• Direct impact on revenue and company performance
