Help Wanted: English-Arabic Translator and Subtitler
The Center for Peace Communications is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented English-Arabic Translator and Subtitler to join their team for an exciting new project. This is a fully remote, flexible-hours contract role.
Responsibilities
- Translate and subtitle an average of 2-3 short Arabic-language videos per working day
- Collaborate with our teams to prioritize and amplify key stories
Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in English
- Reading and listening proficiency in Arabic, with proven translation skills
- Excellent written communication, with an eye for tone, style, and cultural nuance
