Senior Software Engineer

The company operates in a fast-moving, hands-on environment.

In this role, you will take part in building both server-side and client-side components of a mature, production-level product, working closely with a small and experienced development team.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end development role, involving backend development with Node.js, frontend implementation, direct impact on user experience, and real ownership over features that go live quickly and are used by thousands of end users.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain Backend services in Node.js, including APIs and core system services
• Work with PM2 to manage and monitor production processes
• Build Frontend screens in Angular, and interactive UI flows, focusing on usability and user experience
• Take part in defining and improving UI/UX alongside the development team
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of attendance systems and existing modules
• Collaborate closely with other developers in a professional, agile, and fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer-Must
• Hands-on experience with Node.js -Must
• Hands-on experience in Frontend development using Angular- Must
• Experience with SaaS systems -Advantage
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Experience with databases: MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Background in attendance, workforce management, or authorization systems
• Strong teamwork skills and excellent interpersonal communication abilities
