We are looking for a Sales Specialist to represent and promote the most advanced robotic surgical system in the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the adoption of advanced surgical technology in hospitals across Israel
• Manage full cycle sales processes for capital medical systems, including market development and partnership building
• Work closely with surgeons and operating room teams, providing high level technological and clinical support
• Conduct market analysis, identify opportunities and build impactful commercial strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, senior medical teams, biomedical engineers and procurement departments
• Maintain regular presence in hospitals and operating room environments to support system utilization and long term customer success

Requirements

• Proven experience in selling capital technological systems- mandatory
• Previous experience in the medical field or in hospital environments- strong advantage
• Relevant academic degree
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to present complex technological solutions in a clear and compelling way
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
• High service orientation with strong interpersonal abilities
• Strategic thinker with the ability to lead long sales processes and influence key stakeholders
