This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Product Development, located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The candidate will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of product development, including strategy formulation, project planning, and execution. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing timelines, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and aligning product developments with the organization's goals and market demands.

• Strong background in Product Management and Project Management to oversee multiple teams and initiatives effectively
• Expertise in Product Development and Strategic Planning to drive innovation and align with business objectives
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess market trends, customer feedback, and product performance
• Experience in leadership roles with the ability to manage and inspire cross-disciplinary teams
• Proficiency in communicating strategic ideas effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of the technology and software industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Engineering, or Product Development; MBA preferred
