Senior Product Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Analyst to play a key role within the Product organization, reporting directly to the CTO.

You will work closely with Product Managers, R&D, and Design to identify opportunities for product improvement and build scalable product analytics frameworks. Your work will directly influence product decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own product KPIs and success metrics
• Design and maintain product analytics frameworks (event definitions, tracking specifications, and data quality validation)
• Analyze user behavior and product usage to generate actionable insights
• Build dashboards and reports to support product and business decision-making
• Partner closely with Product and R&D teams to evaluate feature performance and guide roadmap decisions
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the company

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, or another quantitative field
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst in SaaS environments, preferably within the healthcare domain.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven product development
• Proficiency in SQL
• Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Heap
• Experience building dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau or similar)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
