We’re looking for a skilled and curious BackEnd Developer to help build scalable tools for our global trading platform, with real ownership, fast-paced development, and meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js
• Collaborate with product managers and system architects to define and deliver new features
• Guide technical decision-making and contribute to backend system architecture
• Mentor junior developers and support their professional growth
• Ensure service performance, scalability, and reliability
• Write clean, maintainable code and implement automated tests
• Continuously improve development processes and code quality within the team.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in backend development
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and microservice-based architecture
• Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Knowledge of Pub/Sub solutions (Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka) and event-driven architecture
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and system design
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including serverless or container-based architecture
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently, mentor others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
