As a Customer Education Lead at Lusha, you’ll own the strategy, creation, and delivery of Lusha Campus — our educational ecosystem designed to help both internal teams and external users master Lusha’s products, workflows, and best practices.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role that combines program leadership with content creation and live facilitation. You’ll build and scale Lusha’s learning infrastructure end-to-end, including courses, webinars, cohorts, documentation, templates, and community-driven learning experiences.
Your mission is to turn product knowledge into clear, structured, and scalable learning journeys that drive adoption, success, and long-term value.
What You’ll Actually Do:
Own the Lusha Campus roadmap:
- Define and execute the strategy for Lusha’s internal and external education hub
- Manage education initiatives end-to-end, including planning, timelines, stakeholder alignment, execution, and reporting
- Build structured learning frameworks such as cohort-based programs, certification paths, and onboarding flows
- Continuously evolve learning formats to support different audiences and maturity levels
- Develop courses, templates, and learning paths covering core features, integrations, advanced use cases, and workflows
- Produce written documentation, video scripts, FAQs, and step-by-step guides
- Maintain and optimize content within Lusha Academy to ensure clarity, relevance, and accessibility
- Design, host, and moderate live training sessions, webinars, and cohort workshops
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and GTM teams to showcase subject matter experts
- Track engagement, attendance, and performance metrics to continuously improve future sessions
- Own the education tech stack, including LMS, webinar platforms, community portals, and analytics tools
- Standardize templates and assets (presentations, assessments, quizzes, automation triggers) to enable scalable delivery
- Ensure seamless integration between educational content and the Lusha website and academy ecosystem
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and GTM teams to align education with product releases and campaigns
- Gather feedback, assess learning needs, and translate insights into continuous program improvements
- 3+ years of experience in education strategy, program or project management, instructional design, or related roles
- Proven experience building and scaling courses, cohorts, webinars, or academy-style learning programs
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools for content creation, video production, personalization, automation, or learning workflows
- Demonstrated experience producing educational video content, including planning, scripting, recording, and iteration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex concepts into clear, structured learning materials
- Experience leading live training sessions and presenting to diverse, global audiences
- Experience in SaaS or B2B tech environments
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, webinar tools, and cohort engagement systems
- Strong analytical skills to measure engagement, learning outcomes, and recommend improvements
