Business Development Representative - (EST Time Zone)

At Capnow, we partner with business owners to help them access the funding and financial solutions they need to grow. Our team connects directly with small and mid-sized businesses, offering fast, simple financing options that keep their businesses moving forward.

We’re expanding our sales team and looking for motivated, energetic individuals ready to start or grow a career in business development and financial sales.

What You’ll Do

Connect daily with business owners through inbound and outbound calls
Identify client needs and recommend the right funding solutions
Build strong relationships and earn the trust of small business owners
Manage leads and stay organized throughout the funding process
Follow up consistently to move deals forward
Work toward clear individual and team goals

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and people skills
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Sales or call center experience is a plus (not required)
