we are looking for Product Manager

Experience & Background

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in mobile gaming apps and rewarded ads.
• Strong hands-on experience with rewarded advertising as a core monetization mechanic.
• Practical experience with ad tech ecosystems, including video & display, mediation platforms, and ad networks.
• Proven track record of working on live products with continuous iteration, live-ops, and monetization optimization.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, game design, analytics, UA/marketing).
• Solid understanding of mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
• Knowledge of privacy and compliance requirements (ATT, GDPR, COPPA).
• Experience working with international teams or global products.

Product Skills

• Deep understanding of rewarded ads design:
• Reward types (soft/hard currency, extra lives, boosts, skips)
• Placement strategy and frequency capping
• Player motivation and behavioral impact
• Strong knowledge of ads monetization metrics:
• ARPDAU, eCPM, fill rate, ad engagement rate, LTV, retention, churn
• Experience balancing player experience vs. revenue, especially avoiding ad fatigue.
• Ability to define and run A/B tests for rewarded ads, interstitials, and hybrid monetization setups.
• Ability to analyze funnels, cohorts, and ad performance to drive product decisions.
• Working in Agile methodologies (managing backlogs, writing user stories, dev sprints)
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
• Strong communication skills in English
• Fluent Ukrainian as a language to allow working with Ukrainian dev team
• Ability to work in flexible US time zone hours
