Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring an System Integration Specialist
Role Description
Lead technical support and system integration of advanced technological solutions with organizational information systems.
The role includes ongoing technical support for internal systems and strategic partners, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting operational processes.
Hands-on work with API interfaces, Web Services, secure file transfers (SFTP, vaults), and messaging systems (MQ).
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in technical support or system integration within a technological or financial organization
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with APIs, Web Services, and system integrations
- At least 2 years of experience working with SQL, including query writing and data analysis
- Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining Windows and Linux environments
- High-level technical and business proficiency in Hebrew and English
- Availability and willingness to work in a 24/7 support environment
