Role Description

Lead the technological transformation of a core legacy system into a modern platform, aligned with the organization’s technology roadmap and business strategy.

The role includes end-to-end technological ownership, integration with additional core systems, and serving as the central technical authority across internal teams and an external migration vendor.

You will work closely with system analysts, software architects, and development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables throughout all project phases.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading complex software projects, including software architecture design and end-to-end delivery
• Proven experience in technological leadership from project initiation through production
• Strong ability to work with multiple cross-functional technology teams and provide solutions to complex challenges
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical documentation
• High adaptability and ability to quickly learn new technologies and development languages
• Proven experience leading modernization projects and migrating legacy systems to modern platforms
