System Administrator

We are looking for an experienced and independent System Administrator with strong system-wide thinking to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure.

The role includes full responsibility for servers, virtualization platforms, storage, backup solutions, and cloud services, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance of critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments in a multi-server infrastructure
• Operate and administer VMware vSphere / ESXi, including HA, vMotion, and resource management
• Manage backup solutions (Veeam / Commvault) – configuration, monitoring, and recovery
• Work with Citrix technologies – infrastructure and virtual desktops (VDI / Published Apps)
• Administer Microsoft 365 / Office 365, including Exchange Online, mailboxes, permissions, and Azure Active Directory
• Manage users, groups, and policies in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Manage SAN / NAS storage systems and monitor performance

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a System Administrator in a medium to large organization
• Strong expertise in Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere / ESXi
• Proven experience managing Active Directory, including GPOs and permissions
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online administration
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Commvault, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts: TCP/IP, VLANs, Firewalls

Advantages:

• Scripting skills in PowerShell or Bash
• Relevant certifications: VCP, MCSE, MCSA, Azure Administrator
