Regional Medical Sales Representatives Manager Global company in the medical field
Job Summary:
A global company in the medical field is seeking a Regional Medical Sales Representatives Manager to lead and drive regional sales performance.
This is a field-based leadership role that goes far beyond classic sales execution and requires strong people management, high analytical capabilities, and a broad, system-level business mindset.
Although this is a field role, success in the position depends on the ability to analyze data, manage complexity, and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
Location: Field position throughout the country, Isreal.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop a regional sales team, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
- Own full accountability for regional sales targets, KPIs, and commercial results
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and pipeline data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement
- Build and execute regional sales plans aligned with overall business strategy
- Actively manage field activity while continuously optimizing resource allocation
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, and Commercial teams
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic accounts
- Lead and contribute to tender processes and support high-level customer negotiations when required
- Ensure proper implementation of sales processes, CRM usage, and compliance standards
Requirements:
- Academic degree in Life Sciences or Nursing – mandatory
- Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team within medical devices and/or pharmaceutical companies
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into execution
- System-level thinking and ability to manage complex, regulated environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- High level of English
