Job Overview:
The Language Quality Manager defines and enforces linguistic quality standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and cultural appropriateness across localized content.
Responsibilities
- Establish language quality frameworks and guidelines
- Oversee linguistic QA and review processes
- Manage terminology, style guides, and language assets
- Analyze quality metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with linguists, PMs, and vendors
- Act as authority on language and cultural standards
Qualifications
- Strong linguistic background in one or more languages
- Extensive experience in translation and QA
- Deep understanding of terminology and style management
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
