The Mission: Powering the Future of Money Movement

We don’t just build features; we build the engine. Our Money Movement Platform is the backbone of every client-facing product we launch. We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to take the wheel of this foundational powerhouse, reporting directly to the VP of Product. This isn't just a management role—it’s a craft-building mission to scale our infrastructure, our processes, and our people.

What You’ll Do

• Architect the Product Craft: You will elevate the standard of platform product management, coaching Product Directors to balance technical debt with high-impact innovation.
• Master the Delivery Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end execution of our core infrastructure, ensuring high uptime, predictable velocity, and elite performance metrics.
• Scale the Operating System: Design and refine the methodologies that allow multiple product teams to stay aligned, transparent, and efficient.
• Lead the Leaders: Directly manage and inspire a high-performing team of Product Directors and Principals, fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence in the Fintech space.
  
  

• A Seasoned Platform Expert: 10+ years in Product Management, with a deep focus on B2B, infrastructure, or complex platform ecosystems.
• A Leader of Leaders: 5+ years of experience managing PMs or Directors, with a proven knack for mentorship and talent development.
• A Process Strategist: You have a "Product Ops" mindset—you know how to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions that drive measurable results.
• A Fluent Communicator: You can translate deep technical constraints into clear strategic roadmaps for stakeholders and internal "customers."
