As part of RISCO Group’s commitment to smart, secure, and scalable solutions, we are looking for a hands-on Applications Team Lead to drive and own our infrastructure, information security, enterprise systems, and business applications.

As part of your role, you will have full responsibility for the organization’s IT infrastructure, information security, enterprise information systems, and business applications.

The role includes end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-organizational processes – from requirements analysis and system design, through development, implementation, and ongoing optimization aligned with business and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Information Systems Management – Oversee the operation, maintenance, and lifecycle of enterprise information systems, including CRM, ERP (Priority), BI, and additional business applications from requirements gathering and system design to development and implementation.

BI – Lead BI projects, develop analytical models, manage ongoing maintenance and upgrades, and provide user support.

System Integration – Manage and expand system usage through the implementation of additional modules and workflows, including integrations between organizational systems.

IT Infrastructure Management – Hardware, software, networks, servers, and end-user workstations, as well as managing the Help Desk (HD) function for end users.

Information Security – Operate and maintain information security systems, ensure compliance and system integrity, and continuously evaluate improvements and optimization opportunities.

Team Management – Lead and manage professional teams within the scope of the role, including training, mentoring, and professional development.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, with specialization in Information Systems
• Hands-on professional with managerial capabilities
• Proven experience and deep understanding of business and operational processes (manufacturing, logistics, etc.)
• Strong knowledge and experience in understanding organizational processes
• Experience in Priority ERP development or implementation – mandatory
• Strong familiarity with information system architectures, including general information systems and BI systems
• Good knowledge of automation tools (e.g., n8n, SSIS) – mandatory
• Experience working with Rest APIs
• Experience with ETL processes
• Knowledge of SQL query writing – advantage
• English – very high proficiency
