Humanz is a funded startup based in Tel Aviv, developing an AI-powered influencer marketing SaaS platform and creator community. We help brands and creators around the world work together smarter, faster, and at scale. Following rapid international growth, we’re expanding our R&D team and looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join us.

The Role

As a UX/UI Designer at Humanz, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of products used by hundreds of thousands of users worldwide. You will be involved in end-to-end product design, from research and ideation to execution, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Our core products include a web platform as well as Android and iOS applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and shape user-centered experiences for AI-powered products, turning advanced AI capabilities into clear, intuitive, and valuable user flows
  

• Take an active role in designing and shaping Humanz’s products across web and mobile
  

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Product Managers and R&D
  

• Create user flows, wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and high-fidelity UI designs
  

• Design intuitive, user-centered experiences that balance business needs and usability
  

• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot UX issues and propose effective solutions
  

• Conduct ongoing user research and usability testing
  

• Research and explore innovative ideas for improving core product flows
  

• Translate product, technical, and business requirements into clear and engaging designs
  

  
  
  

• 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role
  

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work for both web and mobile platforms
  

• High attention to detail and strong visual design skills
  

• Proficiency with Figma
  

• Strong understanding of UX principles and design systems
  

• Experience working closely with product managers and developers
  

• Excellent time-management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  

• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
