About the Role:

As a Digital and Brand Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating and developing visual concepts, designs, and layouts for our unique clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create impactful digital materials that resonate with brand identity
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
• Translate marketing objectives into creative designs that communicate a cohesive brand message.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet strategic objectives.
• Lead and manage the design team, driving studio tasks and creative execution
• Manage timelines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring on-time delivery
• Maintain ongoing client communication, including presentations and design reviews

Essential Qualifications:

• A mind-blowing portfolio
• Academic background from a leading institute (WIZO, Goren, Shenkar etc.)
• Experience is always good, but really talented juniors are more than welcome
• Strong marketing writing and copywriting skills
• Real passion for Motion design
• Expert Knowledge of adobe creative suite apps (Photoshop, illustrator, After Effects) and Figma
• Ability to balance creative thinking with a strategic approach to design
• A team player with Great interpersonal relations and a positive attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure, excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• High level of written and spoken English
