We’re looking for an experienced System Engineer to join our team and take a key role in designing, leading, and maintaining our core IT infrastructure. 🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the organization’s infrastructure and system architecture, delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Plan, lead, and execute end-to-end IT projects, including system implementations, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades — with full ownership of delivery and outcomes.
• Evaluate existing technologies, identify gaps and improvement areas, and define a future-focused technology roadmap aligned with business and strategic goals.
• Collaborate closely with team members to troubleshoot core infrastructure issues and deliver efficient, holistic solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with development teams to support infrastructure needs and ensure seamless integration between systems and applications.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a System Engineer in an Enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in VMware and virtualization technologies
• Hands-on experience managing Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Office 365 environments.
• Proven ability to develop automation and infrastructure tools using PowerShell (scripts, modules, automation workflows).
• Experience supporting development teams and working in Hybrid or Cloud-integrated environments ☁️
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team 🤝
