About The Role

Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.

We’re looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager to support the design and implementation of our risk management framework. You'll take a global approach that factors in business strategy, board-level risk appetite, and governance structure.

What You'll Be Doing

• Advising the Risk team and wider business on running the governance cycle, collaborating with committee chairs and senior leadership
• Coordinating among the various risk owners and conducting company-wide stress testing
• Developing and implementing risk policies, procedures, key risk indicators, and the risk appetite statement
• Tracking risks against limits and thresholds, and producing reports for stakeholders
• Supporting the risk incident management process, including registering risk events and managing and delivering incident reports to management and regulators
• Providing guidance on identifying and assessing inherent, net, and residual risks and related internal controls
• Monitoring KRI breaches and working with risk owners and the group risk team to resolve them within set timelines
• Assisting in the new initiatives approval process, and ensuring appropriate local SME stakeholder engagement and governance
• Managing inventory of models
• Using cutting-edge risk tools and systems to monitor our risk profile
  
  

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in risk management (preferably within financial services)
• A background in enterprise risk management, comprehensive risk assessment, GRC, or related role in a financial institution
• A degree in economics, accounting, business administration, or other relevant field
• An analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret and organise complex data
• An organisational and methodical approach with close attention to detail
• Impeccable problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Hebrew

• A degree or certification in risk management
• Experience in fintech or familiarity with technological risks
• Experience using SQL or other data tools
